800 Movie is a Biography, sports film M.S. Sripati has directed. The lead star in the film is Mahima Nambiar, Madhur Mittal, and the rest of the stars are Nassar, Yoga Japi, Narayan, Caroline Koziol, Vela Ramamurthy, Rithvika Panneerselvam and many more. The 800 movie is a biopic of Muttiah Muralitharan. 800 Film is being produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, Vivek Rangachary and production company Train Motion Pictures.
800 film will be Muttiah Muralitharan’s biopic From the Sri Lankan civil war and persecution of Sri Lankan Tamils to Murali’s infamous chucking controversy and the terrorist attack against the Sri Lankan cricket team in 2009, the trailer of ‘800 movie’ touches upon a number of sensitive subjects. We have seen a glimpse of much of this happening in the trailer. The film is named after 800 Muralitharan’s Test wickets. Muralitharan’s 800 Test wickets is a world record and Muttiah has many records in his name.
Trailer launch of 800 movie was attended by three legends Sachin Tendulkar, Muttiah Muralitharan, Sanath Jayasuriya. Talking about rumours, earlier Vijay Sethupathi was going to play the role of Murali in the film, there is no confirmation of this yet, but now Madhur Mittal is doing it. Madhur Mittal is considering working with Ajay Devgan in his current sports film Maidaan. The film will release on 6 October.
