He had initially planned it as a feature film but adapted it into a web series due to extensive material that couldn’t fit into the movie format. Rakht Brahmand is anticipated to be launched in 2025, with production set to commence in August of the current year. Aditya Roy Kapur was seen in The Night Manager (2023), after which he will be seen directing on Netflix in 2025.
