“BRO: The Avatar” was directed and written by Samuthirakani, with dialogue written by Trivikram. TG Vishwa Prasad, Vivek Kuchibotla produced it. Urvashi Rautela is seen dancing in the song. “My Dear Markandeya” is sung by Revanth and Snigdha Sharma, with lyrics written by Saraswati Putra Ramajogaiah Sastry.

The lead actors of the film are Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, Priya Prakash Varrier, Ketika Sharma, and the rest of the cast are Brahmanandam, Subbaraju, Rohini, Tanikella Bharani.
