Citadel: Honey Bunny has been confirmed by sharing its poster. Varun dhawan-Samantha’s series Citadel: Honey Bunny is going to release on Amazon Prime Video on 7th November. Citadel: Honey Bunny is going to be an action spy thriller series created by Raj & DK. Varun is all set to make his OTT web series debut with Citadel: Honey Bunny, having previously lent his voice to the American franchise Citadel. Samantha made her acting debut on OTT in 2021 with Prime Video’s web series The Family Man Season 2.

The head of Prime Video said, “The Indian series in the world of ‘Citadel’ blends the charm of the ’90s with an immersive narrative and truly captivating performances by Samantha as Honey, Varun as Bunny, and the entire ensemble cast. The fictional series will take the audience back to the genesis of this international clandestine spy-agency, delving further into its foundation, activities, influence, and rise in the distinctive and sensational signature of Raj & DK that the audience has come to love, enjoy and admire.” as per as variety.

The American franchise of Citadel stars Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra Jonas in the cast, while the Indian franchise stars Varun Dhawan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the cast. Citadel is a franchise of American spy action thriller television series, which is scheduled for global release with an Indian installment. The show features Varun Dhawan in the role of Rahi “Bunny” Gambhir and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Honey.

While Varun Dhawan’s Citadel: Honey Bunny is set to release on November 7, on the other hand, Baby John is set to release on Christmas 2024. The maker said about the series that it is going to have a blend of action, adventure, spy thriller as well as the heart-touching charm of a love story.
