Hanumanthu is played by Teja Sajja. The story takes place in the village of Anjadhri, where Hanumanthu lives in the house of his sister, Anjamma (Varalaxmi Sarathkumar). In the film, we will witness the battle between good and bad. Hanumanthu is in love with Meenakshi (Amritha Aiyer), a girl living in the same village, Meenakshi opposes Gajapathi, who is in control of the village. Gajapathi had got the girl attacked, Hanumanthu tries to save Meenakshi. Hanumanthu finds a precious stone which grants him superpowers. The story of the Hanuman film revolves around this incident.

The film has received positive reviews and positive word of mouth from viewers. Since Hanuman movie is a part of Prashant Verma’s film universe, the fans’ expectations and excitement for this movie are doubled. The first part of the movie introduces superpowers. Hanuman movie 1st Day Box office collection

Hanuman’s first day box office collection stood at Rs 12-15 crore, while its overall Telugu occupancy was 56.07%. Hanuman film is the first installment under Prashant Verma Cinematic Universe, which fans are eagerly waiting for. The overall Hindi occupancy of Hanuman stood at 6.86 %, showing a positive response from the fans of the film.

Hanuman has collected Rs 3.19 crore by selling 1.9 lakh tickets in his advance booking. Hanuman has collected 2.1 crore 1.27 lakh in Telugu, 1 cr by selling 64K tickets in Hindi, 1.1 lakh by selling 1012 tickets in Tamil, Rs 22K by selling 116 tickets in Kannada, Rs 19 K by selling 96 tickets in Malayalam. Hanuman film was released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese and Chinese languages.
