Legendary filmmaker-actor K Viswanath passes away at 92
Kasindhuni Viswanath was a film director, screenwriter, actor. He started his career in 1951. K Viswanath is related to a Telugu cinema. He died on 2 February 2023 in Hyderabad, Telangana. Kasindhuni Viswanath was in the hospital for many days But it had expired on 2nd February.
K Viswanath received many awards like Padma Shri in 1992, Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2016, National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment in 1980, CineMAA Award for lifetime achievement in 2008, South Indian International Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021 and other awards.
His last rites will be out on 3 February 2023. Many people have given tribute to K Viswanath, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Nagarjuna, Mammootty, Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan etc. Alludu Pattina Bharatam, Subhodayam, Kaamchor, Sagara Sangamam, Sanjog, Sur Sangam, Jaag Utha Insan, Swayamkrushi and even more is the director of K Viswanath’s movie.
K Viswanath has acted in movies like Subha Sankalpam, Oppanda, Prema Baraha, Hyper, Singam II, Lakshmi Narasimha etc. Many superstars and politicians have paid tribute to him. K Viswanath won the Public Award at the Besancon Film Festival in France. K Viswanath was the director of the last movie in Subhapradam and as an actor, there is a Kannada movie Oppanda.
