Lokesh Kanagaraj, Ratna Kumar, Dheeraj Vaidya have written the story of the film. The lead actors of the film are Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun and the rest of the stars are Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Matthew Thomas, Priya Anand, Sandy Master, Babu Antony, Manobala, George Marine, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Jafar Sadiq and many others. The film Leo is scheduled to release on 19 October 2023 and will be seen alongside Vijay and Sanjay Dutt in the film. However, in view of the unfortunate death of Tamil actor and music composer Vijay Antony’s daughter Lara, Leo has decided not to release a new song today as a mark of respect.
