According to Gulte, Star has bought OTT and satellite rights of South Indian languages for Rs 54 crore and Disney + Hotstar has its OTT rights. The Hindi dubbed rights of Skanda film worth Rs 35 crore are held by Zee Studio and the OTT rights are with Zee Studios. The audio rights of the film have been paid to Junglee Music for Rs 9 crore.

Chandramukhi 2 and Skanda movie will be released on 28 September 2023 and both will clash. Chandramukhi 2 stars Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut in lead roles.
