Thangaalan is an action, adventure, drama upcoming film directed by Pa Ranjith. The teaser of Thangaalan will be released on November 1, which fans are excited to hear. Thangaalan hits theaters worldwide on 15 August, 2024. Pa. Ranjith, Tamizh Prabha have written the film and K.E. Gyanvelraja, Dhananjayan G. has produced the film. The film Thangalan deals with some incidents in the Kolar Gold Fields during British rule in India. Vikram’s Ponniyin Selvan: (I, II) has been a landmark and successful film. Parvathy Thiruvothu and Pasupathi are playing other important roles in this film.

The film stars versatile actor Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role and Malavika Mohanan is playing the female lead role. G.V. Prakash Kumar has composed the music and Kishore Kumar has done the cinematography. Editing has been done by Selva RK. Thangalan film will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, Hari Krishnan, Vettai Muthukumar and among others are also working with the film.
The film depicts a land dispute between the region’s indigenous peoples and foreign. The movie has generated pleasure amongst fans, and there were behind-the-scenes films and making stills launched to construct anticipation.
