Leo is one of the most successful films of this year, starring Thalapathy Vijay and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. With a record-breaking opening and impressive box office collections in India, it has received critical attention and success. Leo has made and broken many biggest records. Leo has given India net box office collection of up to Rs 100.05 crore in two days. The biggest example of Leo’s success is that Leo has collected up to Rs 142 crore worldwide. The lifetime collection of many films has reached Rs 150 crores, and Leo has the same box office collection on its first day.

Well, in many news reports in August, discussion started about Leo 2 that Vijay is making its sequel for the first time. Production is expected to begin in 2025 after Lokesh completes his commitments towards Thalaivar 171, Kaithi 2 and Vikram 2. Thalapatha Vijay is also going to release his next film Thalapathy 68 (working title), Thalapathy 69 (working title). Thalapathy 68 will be directed by Venkat Prabhu and Thalapathy 69 will be directed by Atlee. Seeing the success of Leo, it seems that Leo 2 is certain to be made. According to reports, the film will be released in two parts, with the first scheduled for October 19 and the second in 2025. However, no official statement has been released yet.

If we talking about it, many sequels like Kaithi 2, KGF 3, Salaar 2, Pushp Ka Chalna Hai are being made.and many sequels like KGF 2, Bahubali 2, Gadar 2, Blockbuster have also been made. If ‘Leo 2’ gets made, it will be a part of LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe), and there is a possibility that we might see him one day in a film with Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Surya, Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi, etc. has been done.
