Women’s T20 World Cup: South Africa reached the semi-finals

South Africa has reached the semi-finals by defeating the women’s team of Bangladesh on the last day. South Africa has won the match by 10 wickets. Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat.

While Bangladesh batting, Bangladesh scored 113 runs losing 6 wickets. Bangladesh scored the most runs while batting, in which Nigar Sultana scored 30 runs (34 balls), Shobhana Mostari scored 27 runs (30 balls), Nahida Akhtar scored 15 runs (11 balls). South Africa very good bowling in which Ayabonga Khaka, Marizanne Kap took 2 wickets, Nonkululeko Mlaba, Shabnim Ismail took 1 wicket.

 

Whereas South Africa won the match in 17.5 overs. Laura Wolvaardt scored 66 runs and Tazmin Brits scored 50 runs. Both have hit half century. Player of the match has been taken by Laura Wolvaardt. Australia, South Africa from Group A and England and India from Group B have reached the semi-finals.
